Banana Peppers LLC is a Colorado-based research compound supplier built by researchers who were tired of the status quo: overseas sourcing with weeks of import delays, no chain-of-custody documentation, and inflated pricing with nothing to show for it.
We source exclusively from U.S.-based, vetted manufacturers — which means faster fulfillment, no customs uncertainty, and a clear paper trail from synthesis to your lab door. All compounds ship with COA documentation from independent third-party analytical labs. We don't believe "trust us" is a supply chain policy.
Every compound in our catalog is sourced from verified U.S. suppliers with documented chain-of-custody. Certificate of Analysis (COA) files from accredited third-party laboratories are linked directly on each product listing. Compounds are stored under appropriate conditions prior to shipment and shipped with cold-chain packaging where required.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or purchase products. We use third-party identity and age verification at checkout, and orders that cannot be verified will be rejected. By creating an account or placing an order you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to purchase laboratory research compounds in your jurisdiction.
All products sold by Banana Peppers LLC are laboratory research compounds intended solely for in vitro laboratory research and preclinical experimentation by qualified professionals. Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind, including consumption, injection, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are 21 years of age or older; (b) you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or are purchasing solely on behalf of a licensed research institution, academic institution, or commercial laboratory engaged in lawful non-clinical research activities; (c) you will use all products solely for in vitro laboratory research purposes and not for human or animal consumption, clinical diagnosis, or therapeutic application; (d) products will be handled only by individuals trained in appropriate laboratory technique and safety protocols; (e) you accept full responsibility for the use, storage, and lawful disposal of all products; and (f) you understand that all products are sold exclusively under a Research Use Only (RUO) classification, are not FDA-approved for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose, and are not intended for human use under any circumstances. Banana Peppers LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe the intended use does not conform to this attestation.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices may change without notice. Orders remain unfilled until payment is confirmed. Orders unpaid after 7 calendar days may be cancelled and restocked.
Banana Peppers LLC accepts payment via PayPal and Venmo (business account). Payment instructions are emailed after order placement.
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping & Refunds policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, except as otherwise stated in that policy. It is your responsibility to confirm that receipt of ordered compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment to any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BANANA PEPPERS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF BANANA PEPPERS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
BANANA PEPPERS LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BANANA PEPPERS LLC FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits Banana Peppers LLC's liability for (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, (b) gross negligence or willful misconduct, or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the perishable nature, strict storage requirements, and chain-of-custody integrity required for research peptide compounds, Banana Peppers LLC does not accept returns or exchanges after shipment. Exceptions apply only for verified wrong-item delivery, verified product damage in transit, or verified product defect — see our Shipping & Refunds policy for the claims process. California residents: this policy is disclosed at checkout consistent with California Civil Code § 1723.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Banana Peppers LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of products purchased from us, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or regulation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Account: name, email address, and a hashed password (we never store your password in readable form). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google profile.
Orders: shipping address, phone number (optional), institution (optional), order contents, and your chosen payment method. Card payments are processed by our payment processor (Elavon) — we never store card numbers.
Age & identity verification: identity verification at checkout is performed by AgeChecker.Net under their privacy policy. We store only the verification reference ID and pass/fail status — we do not receive or retain copies of your identity documents or biometric data. See our Biometric Data Retention Policy below.
Restock notifications: if you request notification about a product, we store your email and the product ID with an unsubscribe token.
To fulfill and ship orders; operate your account; send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets); send restock notices you requested; comply with age-verification and other legal obligations; detect and prevent fraud; and improve our services.
We share personal data with third parties only as necessary to operate our business. Categories of third parties with whom we share data include:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. All processors are contractually required to process data only as directed by us.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law:
Passwords are stored as salted hashes — we never store passwords in readable form. Payment card numbers are handled entirely by our payment processor and never touch our servers. Age verification outcomes are stored as reference IDs and status codes only.
If you are a Colorado resident and we process your personal data in a manner subject to the Colorado Privacy Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-1301 et seq.), you have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate personal data; (c) delete personal data we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions; (d) obtain a portable copy of your personal data; and (e) opt out of the sale of your personal data or its use for targeted advertising.
To exercise these rights, email info@bananapeps.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." We will respond within 45 days. If your request is complex, we may extend this by up to an additional 45 days with notice.
Appeals: If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing info@bananapeps.com with the subject line "CPA Appeal." We will respond within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Colorado Attorney General's Office at coag.gov.

Identity and age verification at checkout is performed by AgeChecker.Net. That process may involve facial comparison or identity document scanning, which may constitute biometric processing under Colorado HB24-1130 (effective July 1, 2025). This section constitutes our written biometric data retention policy as required by that statute.
What we collect: Banana Peppers LLC does not directly collect, receive, or store biometric identifiers or biometric information. All biometric processing is performed by AgeChecker.Net under their privacy policy. We receive only a verification reference ID and a pass/fail status.
Retention: Verification reference IDs are retained for up to 3 years from your most recent transaction, or until the purpose of verification is no longer reasonably necessary, whichever is earlier. We do not retain biometric templates, facial geometry scans, or copies of identity documents.
Deletion: Verification reference IDs are deleted within 90 days of the end of the applicable 3-year retention period, or upon verified account deletion request.
Third-party biometric processing: AgeChecker.Net processes biometric data under their own retention policy and Colorado HB24-1130 compliance obligations. We maintain a data processing agreement with AgeChecker.Net requiring them to comply with applicable law.
No sale or profit from biometric data: Banana Peppers LLC does not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from any biometric identifier or biometric information.
This site is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders.

Orders are placed first and paid by PayPal or Venmo (business account) using the instructions emailed after checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. Orders unpaid after 7 calendar days may be cancelled.
Confirmed orders ship within 1–2 business days via UPS with tracking emailed to you. Some destinations may require an adult signature at delivery where mandated by law.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide compounds are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Where cold-chain packaging is specified on a product's COA, we ship with appropriate insulated packaging and ice packs. Upon receipt, store all compounds at −20 °C for long-term stability, or at 4 °C for short-term use, protected from light and moisture. These are research compounds — follow the handling conditions on the accompanying COA.
Rates are shown at checkout based on your ZIP code and selected service. Estimated rates are confirmed at label creation.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipment. Email info@bananapeps.com with your order ID.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE SHIPPED. Research compounds are sensitive to handling, temperature, and chain-of-custody integrity — we cannot verify product condition after it leaves our facility. No returns or exchanges are accepted after shipment.
Exceptions: Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@bananapeps.com with your order ID and photographic evidence if: (a) you received the wrong item, (b) the item arrived visibly damaged, or (c) the item is demonstrably defective. We will, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or credit.
Refund method: Approved refunds are issued as follows: (a) PayPal orders — refunded to the original PayPal account within 5–10 business days; (b) Venmo orders — refunded via Venmo or check/ACH in USD.
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation and replace or refund as appropriate.
Banana Peppers LLC reserves the right to restrict or refuse shipment to any state, territory, or locality where applicable law restricts or prohibits receipt of research compounds. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm that receipt of the ordered compound is lawful in your jurisdiction. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to jurisdictional restrictions will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
