Supplier scorecard
Suppliers appear as letters only. Blind tests of a supplier's stock come first; supplier-provided reports are shown but labelled as such.
A blind test is one vial we bought as part of a regular order and sent to a lab ourselves, unannounced to the supplier. The lab knows what it is testing; the supplier is not told a test is coming.

How the rules work: Only blind tests make a supplier vetted: 2 passes and no failure. One failed blind test removes them, with no retest. We check identity first, then purity. A test passes when identity is confirmed and purity is 98% or higher by HPLC or UPLC. Amount is shown for information and does not change a supplier's status. Supplier-provided reports are documents the supplier sent us. We did not commission them.
Confidence counts the blind tests of this supplier that passed. More passes, more confidence.
A removed supplier stays listed with the date.
